Nous avons rendu les 2 voitures propres..( ce qui est un minimum, quand je voit certain en qu elle etat il ramène la voiture ). A réserver pour 2022.. Encore merci No complaints. Rui rebelo was TOP, the staff are cool ... We made the 2 cars clean .. (which is a minimum, when I see certain in that it is in condition he brings the car back). To reserve for 2022 .. Thanks again

Después de un mes me cargan 73 euros en la tarjeta directamente sin aportar documentación del cargo a que es debido, tras muchas llamadas sin conseguir hablar (nunca cogen el telefono) y muchos e- mails me confirman que son 73 euros por un peaje que no fue pagado, de valor real 1,10 Euros. Por otro lado tuve que esperar mucha cola cuando llegué y me hicieron pagar el seguro extra. Seguro q fue vendido alegando que no tendria ningun tipo de problema despues.. Para despues encontrarme con esta desagradable sorpresa.. 0 recomendables.. nunca mas.. Regrettable!!! After a month they charge me 73 euros on the card directly without providing documentation of the charge to which it is due, after many calls without being able to speak (they never pick up the phone) and many e-mails confirm that it is 73 euros for a toll that does not was paid, of real value 1.10 Euros. On the other hand, I had to wait a long line when I arrived and they made me pay the extra insurance. Surely it was sold claiming that it would not have any kind of problem afterwards .. To later find myself with this unpleasant surprise .. 0 recommended .. never again ..

Depois enviam aos clientes os detalhes das portagens 3 meses depois mas sem o preço de cada portagem fazendo com que ninguém saiba o preço de cada passagem. A mim até me cobraram portagens em dias na qual não tinha o carro alugado mas não pensem que foi uma ou duas portagens foram 3 dias com várias passagens. Fui roubado. E sabem que mais ninguém me responde aos vários emails Please no one rent a car from this company. They rob customers at tolls. They then send customers the toll details 3 months later but without the price of each toll so that no one knows the price of each ticket. I was even charged tolls on days when I didn't have a rental car, but don't think it was one or two tolls, it was 3 days with several tickets. I've been robbed. And you know that no one else responds to my various emails
R	ROY Rêber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade sodwas in Europa und vor allem in Portugal zu haben, obwohl der Vertrag mit 0,00 Selbstbeteiligung war, wurde nachträglich 80 Euro abgebucht, wofür bislang könnte nicht geklärt werden, obwohl ich portugiesisch mit denen kontaktiere bekomme ich nach 3 Monaten immer noch keine klare Antwort. Keiner fühlt sich dafür verantwortlich und man wird immer weitergeleitet oder weitere Rufnummern und Email Adresse mitgeteilt. Liebe Touristen finger weg von der Gesellschaft. Hier arbeiten Leute, die denken dass Touristen doof sind und man die abziehen kann.. l	leoostar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto os Funcionarios como o Sr. Rui muito atenciosos e simpáticos, já sou cliente habitual sempre que me desloco dos Açores para visitar o Porto, por isso não tenho mesmo nada a apontar de negativo, so tenho a dizer bem. Both the Staff and Mr. Rui are very attentive and friendly, I'm already a regular customer whenever I travel from the Azores to visit Porto, so I really don't have anything negative to say, I just have to say it well.

Mas este ano, infelizmente, foi novamente acordado um carro e um preço no que nós aceitamos e poucos dias antes da entrega foi confirmado telefonicamente. À chegada para o levantamento do carro, não era o carro acordado. Tentamos resolver o mal entendido no qual o Sr. Rui disse que não era essa carrinha mas sim o carro mais pequeno no qual, eu e mais 6 pessoas, delas crianças, com malas não cabiam. E que se não estivéssemos satisfeitos o seu funcionário nos levaria à estação de comboio. Palavras que não esperávamos.... acabei por alugar a carrinha por falta de alternativa, pelo dobro do preço, algo que não estávamos preparados e ainda nos foi entregue toda suja. Foi a última vez! Upon arrival to pick up the car, it was not the agreed car. We tried to solve the misunderstanding in which Mr. Rui said that it was not that van but the smallest car in which 6 people and I, including children, with suitcases did not fit. And that if we weren't satisfied, your employee would take us to the train station. Words we weren't expecting... I ended up renting the van for lack of alternative, for double the price, something we weren't prepared for and it was delivered to us all dirty. It was the last time!
