★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHAT WE IN ENGLAND WOULD REFER TO AS A FOLLY. A HISTORICAL RELIC FOR VIEWING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When visiting here one should know that these ruins are a 'folly', manufactured to create a conversation piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within a free park, these ruins are not given the attention they deserve. Well preserved in a good, relaxing park, they enjoy the company of peacocks wondering there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small part of a once grand building. You can see everything in a few minutes however you can not get close as it it blocked off to preserve the remains. There are many peacocks in the part and perhaps they will pose for you. Alas, I did not have have any peacock chow, so no photos for me. Take the couple of minutes to walk by and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located within a public park there is no information about these ruins on site. Apparently they are a folly, created with items saved from the demolition of the monasteries at the turn of the 20th century.
Free to access and walk around they are well worth a few minutes, especially as the whole area is populated by peacocks.
