About Urban Bliss Lisboa
Step away from the busy-ness of the city and into an oasis of calm. Whatever your need is, we will have something for you. Our space is designed for you to truly disconnect and REconnect to your body, your heart and soul; through movement, breath, bodywork and connection to nature in our beautiful garden. Urban Bliss was created to offer people from all background, all ages, all walks of life, a space where they can feel at home. We offer a variety of Yoga classes - from energizing Vinyasa to slow gentle Restorative - meditation classes, wellbeing workshops, massages and more.
Our studio is located in the heart of Campo de Ourique, 10 mins walk from Rato metro station, 3 mins from Amoreiras shopping centre and 5 mins from the French lycée.
We also support independent teachers and well-being professionals by offering them our space to practice and teach at a small hourly cost. As teachers ourselves we understand that working independently to share our passion with our students and clients is often not the easiest profession, but a beautiful, powerful one. We aim to encourage well-being professionals and teachers to continue giving and sharing their love of caring for others.

Un lieu inspirant, propre, chaleureux et surtout des cours très pro et bien encadrés, des ateliers et des massages au top ... l’accueil et le sourire de Joséphine en prime... par chance vous pouvez aussi y croiser la mascotte trop rigolote du lieu: Polly ?!
A cocooning and brand new decor! An inspiring, clean, warm place and above all very professional and well-supervised courses, workshops and massages at the top ... the welcome and the smile of Joséphine as a bonus ... luckily you can also come across the mascot too funny place: Polly ?!
