★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personnel du magasin aimable, qui fait l'effort de parler français. bon choix de produits et prix corrects..... seul bémol : la livraison, un livreur désagréable qui fait le minimum en râlant.. Quel dommage car des gros électroménagers nous ne reviendrons pas.
friendly store staff who make an effort to speak French. good choice of products and correct prices ..... only downside: the delivery, an unpleasant delivery man who does the minimum while complaining .. What a pity because of large appliances we will not come back.

Now to the negative points:
1. Misleading price matching promotions that only cover stores within 5 km. They basically price matching nothing.
2. Poor product training of employees lets them embarrassed with basic customer questions about appliances like a fridge or a washing machine.
3. Ridiculous internal ordering software made the worten assistant ask me my name, phone number and address as many times as appliances as I was ordering, despite being a single order.
4. The delivery of the appliances was requested once per appliance which lead to the delivery being spread over several days for items that were in stock at the store...despite being a single order once again.
Overall lack of organization in the internal processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worten is like a supermarket for all electronics in Portugal - maybe other places too. Both online hub for shopping, but a lot of physical stores in cities of a certain size. Unfortunately, the staff at Worten mobile doesn't have too much knowledge of what they are selling. It's more like : "this i have heard of (and it's expensive, so it's good. Yes, I hear that you've done your research, but you are wrong and I am right!" I researched two days to find Bluetooth ear buds that was better than the ones I had. On their site it said that they didn't have any of the brands/models I was looking for. Bit, when going there, they had lots of the stuff that they claimed out of stock on their site. I went from the mobile shop (little one) to the other side of the "street" (it's in a mall).Plenty of stuff and a bit more updated agent that could speak English a bit better. He helped me a lot with googling my questions and finally I found a set I believe is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually hVe a great guy who serves me. However - Had a phone protective glass fitted wrong. Went back next day. They fitted another, then told me I had to pay second time for the same thing.
Worst phone service I have had in a while and sadly the guy was just arrogant and not prepared to listen. Don’t go here.
