- a lack of menu for kids and no flexibility to adjust
- sangria poorly made
- fresh squid from the barbecue but left ungrilled
- watery salad with no taste
- no option for rice or vegetables but oily fried potatoes
I wouldn't recommend this place to any family with toddlers nor someone who expects quality for the prices they have in Dona Barca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic, clean, bright beautiful restaurant specialising in fish. We’ve been here 3 times now and the standards are exceptional. Always full and always full of locals even in spring & bad weather. You must try & it’s worth the effort to drive too. Some skills needed to find a park but when you know it’s pretty simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal fresh seafood . It’s rustic and authentic, but don’t expect fine dining. The fish is cooked respectfully, letting it shine on ever dish. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - go with the specials on the day and you won’t regret it. The staff will happily translate it for you ! The sardines are a must - they will sublime !
