Évora Hotel

The best hotel in Évora without a doubt. Rooms are spacious and ver comfy, on both times I stayed there it had a balcony with a beautiful view over the pool. Overall the hotel is very clean and quiet and we'll maintained. The food from the restaurant and room service is very good and not too expensive. Two pools (outside and inside) , jacuzzi and sauna. Large outside parking dedicated space with sun coverings.

This hotel was amazing, the staff was welcoming and polite the atmosphere was outstanding it was such a relaxing location the centre was so close to the hotel. THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. The room service was clean and fresh. The facilities was so great. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the Turkish bath which wasn't really a Turkish bath I believe they need to improve on that but other than thatt everything was perfect.

An experience from hell. If you are in the area, I recommend trying other options, but this one. When we come in, one may think that the reception area is great and that the outside of the hotel may be simply ugly, but inside great. My experience though, is that passing the reception, the experience is everything but good. The rooms are old, with old carpet, with the door to the bathroom somewhat dirty, that I hope I don't have to describe what is on the door. Under the taps, it would be good if it were clean, but no such luck. The bath curtain also had leftovers of someone else's shower gel. Then comes the room experience... The bed only has a really warm duvet, which during the summertime, in a city that has over 35C, makes you either sleep without anything covering you, or you have to turn on the AC. There is no middle option. Calling the reception desk at 10.30 pm is also not an option, they don't answer. One had to dress again and go down to ask them please give us a simple bed sheet, because sleeping with the constant noise of the AC is not an option, and also because of the possibility of getting a cold. Asked for a bed sheet at reception, it is full of stains... The swimming pool does not have a service. If one needs drinks, we have to come into the hotel bar to order them, but because swimming suit only is not allowed in, one has to dress and undress to go in and ask for drinks. The staff is nice, but that alone does not make it to say that this is worth staying at. I have stayed in 3-star hotels that are better.

A cute hotel in a calm, peaceful location. Taking into consideration the facilities and the service, the price we paid for our staying is kinda high. The hotel and the rooms were dark enough. The pool was very nice, I really enjoyed the vibes. Another positive thing was the nice breakfast we had. Additionally, I was impressed by the fact that they charged us for a bottle of water we had in the room and that we consumed it. I would recommend the hotel but with a reasonable price. The only things about 4 stars is the wall with the symbol. Air conditioner don’t make enough hot. Accommodation needs a renew. Breakfast more simple than that is difficult to find. The good, the employees and the interior swimming pool.
