Então depois de falarmos ao telemóvel, em 31/01/2022, às 15H46, de dizer o que pretendo e que estava interessado no imóvel, caso a pessoa sob consulta não conseguisse o empréstimo, pergunta o que pretendo exactamente? Inclusive disponibilizou-se a enviar outros imóveis depois de saber que eu tinha WhatsApp? Até hoje nada! Só reagiu quando questionada! Nunca relacionou o inquilino nesta possível venda, a não ser o que atrás referi, pois, é de Lei "O direito de preferência do locatário".
I was not pleased with how my experience with the Remax Soul turned out. So after talking on the cell phone, on 01/31/2022, at 15:46, to say what I want and that I was interested in the property, if the person under consultation couldn't get the loan, ask what I want exactly? Did you even offer to send other properties after finding out I had WhatsApp? So far nothing! Only reacted when asked! He never listed the tenant in this possible sale, other than what I mentioned above, as it is the law "The right of preference of the lessee".
