Atlantico had a great selection of traditional portuguese dishes on their menu, which is great if you don't want to be stuck with the chicken piri-piri that is exclusive from the restaurants around (but you can also get that). Update: On our latest visit we organised a group lunch for a group of 13 people and all was perfect. There was plenty of good food, and the staff was very helpful. The brigadeiro was amazing! We'll keep returning. Thank you!

Good food, good service, laid back and nice restaurant. Have been here 3 times this week and not disappointed. Good fish menu and meat menu. Usual selection of commercial walls iced deserts but also a handful of traditional hand made ones. All good

Could not fault the food here I had the seafood with rice which was full of delicious shrimp clams mussels and crab one of the tastiest dishes I have ever had. The other dishes were delicious lamb chops steak and cod fish on a tile. The price was very good for the food and the service provided. We will be back later in our holiday in Guia.

Came across Atlantico while looking for dinner in Guia this evening. Hadn't been previously but what a great choice. Freshly cooked food, good service and a nice chilled ambience. Will definitely be back!

Only just reopened, was recommended to go by restaurant Algarve down the road. The restaurant was well decorated and tables were well presented. I had the veal kebab which was excellent and they were displayed fresh in a chilled cabinet. Fresh fish was displayed too which some of my fellow diners had and really enjoyed it. A three course meal with drinks came to about €22 per head which I was very impressed with.

Excellent food and value for money, good fish, ribs, pork and chicken piri piri. Chocolate mousse was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful restaurant! We were welcomed like old friends and treated to lovely food. The grilled lamb chops were cooked to perfection, as were the fish which we got to choose ourselves from the fridge, then freshly prepared and cooked beautifully. I would highly recommend a visit to anybody wanting great food and excellent service!

This restaurant has a decent variety of dishes, of course the grilled chicken is among them. The variety is pleasant, as we usually only go for chicken when we're in Guia. The food overall is probably 4* or 4.5, however because of the super friendly and accommodating hostess. The starting couvert with spreads, olives, bread and butter were a nice start. Spreads were really nice, better than most Portuguese restaurants. Then we had the garlic prawns, they were nicely cooked. The prawns were still firm, not all shrunk. Taste was good. After that we had the limbo de bife on the hot stone. We took it as an additional main, but the hostess suggested to serve it between the prawns and the chicken. This allowed us to not really have long waiting times between courses. Our kids loved it, especially the mushroom sauce. Finally of course the grilled piri chicken. Well grilled, still the small chicken, but more meat on the bone than our usual place across the street. The piri piri sauce is richer than the usual piri piri sauce, although our kids found it a bit on the salty side. The salad & chips were good as well, better than the usual. The best part has been the service and attention. We'll be back!
