★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good chicken Piripiri. In Guia together with Ramires the best places.. although to be honest the portions look a bit smaller than they used to be.. and the deserts are in my opinion a bit to pricy (for Ola ice creams 5-7 euro is to much)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visiting the Algarve, you can't miss the opportunity to try the unique frango piripiri in Guia. It's something different to what you can try anywhere else! O Vieira in particular, is very traditional and with good price-quality. Attention was nice and the atmosphere was good... We even came across Cliff Richard, who is a fan of the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vieira served us the typical Guia chicken. And this is the greatest food treasure of this small town. It was tender, well seasoned, crispy, and like all chickens of this region, small in size. The space is wide and perfect for big groups. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. It was a very positive experience on a sunny autumn Algarve day.

After months of lockdown my family and I were just craving for their version of Guia piri piri chicken.
Don't expect great decoration or service, just a decent big restaurant with plenty of tables. Even with the tables that are blocked to reduce capacity.
The chicken here is small, quite boney ... but the grilled taste, garlic and piri piri sauce makes it all a really tasty piri piri chicken. I must admit I like the boney parts, where the rest of my family likes the meaty parts.
The salad is basic, but somehow we always order a second plate. Our kids never complain about the salad here.
The chips are hand cut and really well fried and crispy. Our kids adore it.
This remains our favourite piri piri chicken place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually eat much meat but this was a delicious experience! The chicken is superb. Very tasty chicken made on piri piri sauce and some other spices.
We ordered 1,5 chicken for two people and it was enough as it is served with side dishes: salad and fries. I couldn’t stop eating the chicken, this is how good it was.
Service was quick and professional. Staff was friendly.
It is a great space to go with a group of friends or family as they have plenty of tables and it is very spacious.
